Here a few questions and answers to help and guide you through some of your planning journey with us. Please get in touch if you do not find what you are looking for.

What type of events do you do?

We can cater for all types of events, from a grand canapé reception, followed by gala dinners to a relaxed family gathering at home, we can cater for just about any event. We also do corporate events.

Where can you cater?

We can pretty much cater in any location, from the comfort of your own home to a historic landmark venue. Don’t forget we have partnered with a few fabulous venues but can work wherever you need us.

How do you staff your events?

We have a number of specialist food and beverage freelance staff who we work with on a regular basis and then we outsource any remaining casual staff using a premium hospitality recruitment agency. 

What uniform does your team wear?

Our standard uniform is a white shirt, black trousers and our Archie’s blue apron.

What are your minimum and maximum guest numbers?

We can cater from an intimate dinner for 10 guests, weddings for 250 guests and drink receptions up to 500 guests.

Can we come for a tasting?

We include a complimentary tasting for all weddings and dinners with a budget over £8k. If your budget is below this then we can still offer you a tasting but a charge might be levied.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

We can cater for all types of dietary requests, even some of the more unusual ones. Outside of the main menu we will simply agree with you in advance for any alternative menus for these special requests and accommodate these on the day.

Do you provide bespoke menus?

We offer sample seasonal menus within every proposal, each dish can be tailored to meet your specific needs. If you have a vision for a certain theme or style, then our Chefs can work with you in designing the perfect menu for you.

What is included in your costs?

In our standard quotations we include Food, Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware, Staffing and Travel. (Depending on location and facilities available, additional kit maybe required) Beverages can be added in if desired.

How do I confirm?

Simply confirm to us in writing that you would like to go ahead, we will then confirm your event date within our diary and prepare a booking form and 10% deposit invoice for you.
